Born from a partnership between Civipol (France’s Ministry of the Interior) and HTX (Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs), MTX is a biennial flagship event that fosters greater collaboration within the international public safety community through innovative technology.
In a world where challenges to public safety grow more urgent and complex, and threats become ever more interconnected, MTX (Milipol TechX) stands as a beacon of innovation, collaboration and global ingenuity.
MTX is grounded in the belief that public safety is not a luxury – it is a universal right. And to protect that right, people, governments and nations must unite across disciplines, borders and ideologies.
As a new joint initiative between two established organisations across Singapore and France, MTX needed a strong and distinctive brand that could stand on its own while signalling the credibility of both HTX and Civipol.

Brand Identity
The dynamic, angular emblem made of converging arrows and triangles symbolises momentum and collaboration, reflecting how MTX brings together brilliant minds from around the world. Its palette of vibrant purples and electric blues conveys innovation, passion, and trust, signifying advancement in public safety.
