We developed content in the form of iconography that signalled the benefits of the service, planned and art-directed photography, crafted written copy to explain the process and created a tagline ‘Keeping Commerce in Motion’.
And, as a first step towards a digital design system, we developed front end design specifications for both desktop and mobile versions of SATS Tracer.
At the same time, we were given the task of enhancing the digital user experience of SATS Affinity, a personal concierge service for arrival, transit and departures at Singapore’s Changi Airport.
We created content through a photography shoot that signalled the SATS brand promise of ‘Passion to Delight’. We then developed layered diagrams that simplified the navigation from and to pick-up points and lounges within Changi Airport along with iconography.
We then crafted engaging copy with the end-user passenger in mind, referencing the sheer scale of the airport with its 11 square feet and almost a hundred boarding gates as a way to frame the benefits of the concierge service.
And finally a single scroll UI solution for both desktop and mobile versions was created for the SATS Affinity teams to take forward and implement.
