We are looking for an articulate, proactive, personable, and organised Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to join our team in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive at Sedgwick Richardson, you will play a key role in supporting client servicing, project management, research, and business development. You will work closely with the strategy and creative teams to help deliver branding and communication solutions that build belief in the future.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the day-to-day handling of client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of work.
• Researching to support brand and market analysis.
• Supporting the management and coordination of branding and digital projects.
• Helping to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Contributing to identifying opportunities to add value for clients and grow existing accounts.

About You

• You have 1 – 2 years of experience working in a branding, marketing, or digital agency environment.
• You have a good understanding of branding and marketing principles, with a strong interest in purposeful brands.
• You have strong research and analytical skills.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging with clients and team members.
• You demonstrate strong ownership, taking responsibility for your work and seeing projects through to completion.
• You demonstrate excellent project coordination and time management skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• You are passionate about branding, design, and digital media — and stay up to date with trends and technologies.
• You are proactive, resourceful, and enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing digital or communication campaigns is a plus.
• Most importantly, you have a powerful intellectual curiosity to inspire all that you work with.
• You are based in Ho Chi Minh City.
