You will work closely with the client service, creative, and leadership teams to develop branding and communication strategies that build belief in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conducting research to uncover insights relevant to clients\u2019 branding challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synthesising complex information into clear, insightful, and actionable strategic thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to the development of brand strategies and strategic frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating brand-related content to support strategy and communication initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working closely with creative teams to ensure strategic intent is effectively translated into creative ideas and executions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting client presentations and workshops, articulating strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to the development of proposals and pitches from a strategic perspective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating with account teams to ensure strategic consistency and quality across projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staying informed on branding, design, sustainability, and communication trends across the region and globally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are a strategic thinker with 2\u20134 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, research, or a related role within a branding, marketing, or creative agency (or equivalent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a strong grounding in branding fundamentals, with a deep interest in purposeful brands, sustainability, and long-term value creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are highly analytical, with the ability to connect dots between business strategy, culture, customer insights and brand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are comfortable with research, from desk research and audits to interviews and insight synthesis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are a clear thinker and communicator, able to express complex ideas in a simple, compelling way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You demonstrate strong ownership of your work, from insight development through to final strategic outputs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are collaborative by nature and enjoy working closely with creatives, account teams, and clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
