For its latest private residential enclave, inspired by London’s distinguished neighbourhoods and the elegance of European residences, SR was tasked with creating a brand that would elevate the development’s position as the most luxurious collection within Ciputra, while telling a compelling story of British luxury living.
Marking the latest development phase of Ciputra Hanoi, the new collection occupies a rare and prominent central land parcel within the township. The challenge was to translate this prime location into a distinctive brand expression — one that could stand apart from other luxury residences in the area, and capture the elegance, and refined standards associated with British luxury living.
Starting by exploring the brand world and how it could fully express the collection’s status, considering potential co-branding partnerships to form an authentic British experience, SR then examined different interpretations of British luxury — from its heritage and refinement to its rich textures, cultural cues and understated elegance.
The name The Windsor Collection evokes prestige, heritage and timeless refinement, while the English rose was introduced as the central identity metaphor — a symbol of authenticity, elegance and quiet luxury. From this inspirations, a brand story was crafted, supported by a set of messagings that convey a tone of quiet luxury — evocative, refined, and thought-provoking. Together, these elements created a cohesive brand world with a clear British spirit and a contemporary luxury sensibility.
