Be One Solutions is a global business technology partner operating in more than 35 countries, with successful rollouts across 1,000+ sites worldwide. Supporting organisations in over 35 languages, it delivers end-to-end digital transformation across ERP, cloud hosting, analytics and more.  

Following a broader refresh of the Be One Solutions brand, the website redevelopment needed to reflect global scale, expand relevance across industries, enhance SEO performance and showcase the full suite of solutions through a unified, scalable digital experience. 

Challenge

After sustained growth and multiple acquisitions, Be One Solutions recognised the need to redevelop its website to reflect a business that extends beyond ERP and SAP Business One. The existing site was outdated, lacked modern UX and best-practice standards, and failed to clearly communicate the breadth of its end-to-end expertise. It also under-represented the company’s global scale and local presence, while multiple domains created through organic growth and acquisitions fragmented the brand experience.  

SR’s objective was to create a modern, unified global platform that positions Be One Solutions as a technology partner—clearly expressing its comprehensive capabilities and its promise of ‘big enough to deliver, close enough to care’. 

Solution

Through focused workshops with Be One Solutions’ leadership team, we defined clear objectives, priority audiences, and the global role the website needed to play. This strategic foundation informed a consolidated sitemap — unifying multiple domains into one cohesive, scalable platform designed to reflect the company’s full capability. 

From there, we built in lead-generation momentum. A commercially focused SEO strategy targeted high-intent, non-branded keywords, supported by dedicated landing pages structured to capture and convert demand across markets. 

Detailed wireframes translated strategy into experience, mapping purposeful user journeys, navigation, and calls-to-action across desktop and mobile. The final design brought this to life through confident use of brand elements, scalable line art, and subtle motion — creating a modern global platform built not just to inform, but to perform. 

Outcomes

Be One Solutions now has a unified global platform that reflects its scale and expertise. Multiple domains have been consolidated into a cohesive, high-performing website that clearly communicates with its end-to-end capabilities. 

The new experience is intuitive and fully optimised across devices, strengthening brand positioning and user engagement. Backed by a commercially aligned SEO foundation, the platform is built to increase visibility, capture high-intent demand, and support sustainable global growth.
