MIK Group has shaped Vietnam’s skyline with landmark developments—from hospitality destinations like Sol by Melia and Movenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc to iconic residences such as Imperial and The Matrix One. Yet, despite this success, its corporate brand remained relatively under-recognised, with limited visibility beyond its network of partners and residents. To support its strategic growth ambitions and enhance market presence, MIK Group partnered with SR to refresh its corporate brand with greater clarity and purpose.

Challenge

The goal was to strengthen MIK Group’s positioning as a visionary, community-focused developer—supported by a refreshed identity system, compelling storytelling, and launch visuals that reflect its evolving ambition and breadth of expertise.

 

Solution

Building Strategic Clarity Around a Community-First Vision
SR began with a brand health study to assess awareness, perception, and opportunities. Insights from this research informed a BrandBridge workshop and leadership engagement session, leading to a renewed brand strategy centred on MIK Group’s commitment to quality, thoughtful design, and community-centric living. This foundation clarified the company’s positioning while aligning internal and external audiences around a shared narrative.

Modernising Identity with Purpose and Precision
The existing brand symbol was retained to honour legacy, but refined with modern detailing to convey professionalism and forward momentum. A versatile graphic device system brought energy and sophistication to brand expressions, reinforcing a sense of progress.
Key visual assets for the brand launch were developed around three strategic pillars: quality, design, and community—each articulated with clarity and elegance across communications.

 

Outcomes

MIK Group now enters a new chapter with a revitalised brand that projects confidence, coherence, and creativity. From strategy to execution, the refreshed identity strengthens stakeholder trust while positioning the company as a progressive force in Vietnam’s real estate landscape.
