Signalling a new chapter of a trusted and creative developer
Established in 2007, MIK Group has since introduced to the Vietnam market remarkable landmark brands including Sol by Melia Phu Quoc, Movenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc, and residential developments like Imperial and Matrix One. Yet despite positive perceptions among existing residents and partners, the corporate brand is not well recognised by its wider audiences in having a clear positioning as a developer. MIK Group engaged SR to refresh the corporate brand with a clearer proposition that projects the strategic business direction along with a more compelling visual expression and impactful key visuals for the brand launch.
A comprehensive corporate brand refresh solution for MIK Group was developed starting with brand health tracking to establish the current brand awareness, perception, strengths, and opportunities, followed by a leadership engagement session & BrandBridge workshop.
The refreshed corporate brand strategy reflects MIK Group’s community-centric mindset as well as the wide spectrum of real estate products that the company offers.
Retaining the brand legacy symbol, the identity was enhanced with a more modern and meticulous touch to exude professionalism. A dynamic graphic device system was also introduced to enhance the overall expression and reflect a new, progressive future of MIK Group.
Brand launch key visual assets were conceptualised around the three key USPs (Unique Selling Proposition) – product quality, design & community centric.
