SR is seeking a passionate and ambitious designer to join our growing Creative team in Vietnam. You’ll collaborate closely with talented designers on diverse and exciting projects, both locally and across the region.

About you

• You have 5+ years of experience in brand building within a branding or creative agency.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English.
• You are confident in presenting ideas and clearly articulating creative thinking to both internal teams and clients.
• You are a visual storyteller with a passion for brand creation and crafting compelling brand narratives.
• You are comfortable working across both traditional and digital platforms.
• You have a strong eye for photography and experience in art direction.
• You are fluent in using AI tools to bring ideas to life.
• You have experience creating brand campaigns, animations, videos, and digital user interfaces.
• You pay close attention to detail.
• You have an in-depth working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma.
• You are self-motivated, well organised, take strong ownership, and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• You have a respectful, collaborative, and positive attitude.
• You have a good sense of humour.

Your Responsibilities

• Generate strong creative concepts and fresh ideas.
• Present work to team leaders and directly to clients.
• Refine and develop all aspects of an approved design concept into a cohesive and distinctive design system, through to final delivery.
• Communicate solutions clearly and confidently, and be prepared to defend your work.
• Collaborate internally with Strategy, Creative, and Client Servicing teams to align on brand strategy, creative direction, timelines, and other project parameters.
• Support the development of Sedgwick Richardson’s own presentations and marketing materials.
• Deliver design solutions within agreed schedules and approved resources.
• Oversee and manage freelancers and external vendors.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to support their learning and growth.
