Joyce is an experienced business builder and new business developer. She has an entrepreneurial mindset and has helped USA and Australian businesses to set up offices in Hong Kong and China.
Her expertise is in refining business strategies with brand localization elements, contextualising brands to succeed in diverse Asian markets. Sector experience includes: finance, property and architecture, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and tourism.
Joyce works with clients from inception to project fruition, ensuring smooth account management. It is testimony to her commitment that many clients treat her as part of their own team.
Joyce has a personal passion for telling brand stories through video. She has produced numerous travelogues for Hong Kong Tourism Board.
Joyce holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Translation from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She participated in an exchange program at Tsing Hua University in Beijing in Cultural Studies and Linguistics.
