Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc is an urban real estate development developed by Meyland – a core business of Tan A Dai Thanh Corporation. The significant scale of this development, 265ha at the very centre of Vietnam’s popular Phu Quoc Island, opened up an opportunity to transform it into an island city placebrand with residential hospitality, commercial, healthcare and education components. Sedgwick Richardson was engaged to define a compelling placebrand story for Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc – one of a unique urban island lifestyle.

Sedgwick Richardson positioned the brand around the value of life surrounded by the purity of nature while being at the heart of a prosperous future community.
The story of an ideal island city lifestyle focused on a new and vibrant downtown core located at the heart of Phu Quoc Island. A dynamic identity system signaled the four different zones of the development integrated into one diverse destination.
To bring this place brand to life, a strategic communication framework and implementation plan was created. Adopting a phased approach and engaging multiple target audiences, a series of brand communication initiatives was developed, each supported by key content and activities, unified into one cohesive and inclusive whole.
